Why hire a Wedding Planner?

Coordinators can provide you valuable experience, vendor referrals, create a day-of timeline with you, and give design and budget assistance before your wedding day even approaches.  On that final month leading up to your event, a coordinator will  confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, and be your go-to person on your wedding day so you and your family can enjoy a stress-free day!

I'm already working with a catering manager at my venue...why do I need a wedding coordinator?

Typically at venues, catering managers have the job of overseeing details of your wedding that are directly related to the venue (usually food and beverage).  It is not their job to get you organized before the wedding, confirm all your vendors, run the rehearsal, cue wedding party and musicians, and work with the DJ and photographer throughout the night to follow your timeline.  We simply supplement your catering manager and all work as a team throughout your wedding.

How do I determine which coordination package I need?

A lot of couples go into the beginning stages of their wedding unsure of the type of help they need for their upcoming wedding.  We usually meet at a complementary consultation and discuss your wedding and coordination needs.  After learning more about your type of wedding and your needs, we will determine if a certain package is a good fit or customize a package.

How many weddings do you do a year?  Are you fully insured?

We usually do 10-15 weddings per year.  And we are fully insured!
